OFF THE WALL

Earlier this summer I revamped my sisters bedroom by hand-painting a giant, floral mural on the feature wall. Previous to this, the dark navy wall dominated the room, which already lacked natural light, making it feel slightly gloomy and bleak.

On a sunny day last August I took a trip The William Morris Gallery in Walthamstow. The beautiful Georgian building was Morris’s family home from 1848 to 1856 and is the only public Gallery devoted to the work William Morris.
